Blood Magick was the brainchild of brothers James and Micah Delhauer. Set in a costume warehouse on a foggy night, it follows a group of strangers taking refuge from a demon siege. Among them is a beer-swilling witch named Aisling, the only hope for survival.

Looking to their past experiences working in film and theater, Micah and James assembled a cast led by Frances Parsons, and including Laura Delhauer, Natalie Beisner, Alen Kolenovic, Joe Salling, Michael Minto, and scream queen Victoria de Mare.

Filmed in a Glendale costume warehouse owned by friends, Blood Magick was shot over a series of long nights, abruptly interrupted halfway through by the Covid pandemic. After filming finally wrapped, the warehouse that had housed the production burned down, something the brothers claim they know nothing about.

Now, Blood Magick has been let loose on the world, receiving awards at film festivals. Audiences have responded with enthusiasm to the blending of horror, humor, and mystery, and are especially taken with the film’s, sassy, profane, and perpetually intoxicated heroin.
